    @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

    All the old @virginmedia equipment has been disconnected and unplugged! It’s been like night and day getting @bt_uk #fttp installed, so far 10 families in my street have moved away from VM... that’s what you get for poor customer service

    @virginmedia has they worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, month after month I’ve been trying to sort out my bills with no help whatsoever 80 minutes and I’m still on the phone no further forward as one person says one thing and another person says another😡😡

    @virginmedia This has left her charity and her partners business with websites and headed paper wuth the wrong number as @virginmedia are saying they can't do anything about the landine that was transferring to you. A mobile is also involved. She is in tears and your staff have been rude

    @virginmedia Eventually got through to your overseas call centre. Guy couldn't help and booked me an engineer for Wednesday evening. He then hung up on me when I suggested that I shouldn't be charged for the next few days #believeinbetter

    @virginmedia Poor installation, not corrected first time of asking, did not carry my old number across despite requesting this, poor customer response back to my complaint stating you could not access my account. Chap last night was good but far too late.

    The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

    @virginmedia My 85 yr old,bereaved Fathers VM TV Box & Modem not working, called engineer. Replaced both.Told it will take 2 hrs to set up &reboot. 24 hrs later not working. No appts until Tues. TV is lifeline &no internet makes him vulnerable. Now sitting in silence until fixed

    @virginmedia shocking service. I have a 500mg package and and I am an 02 customer so have the volt on aswell which should double my speeds. I have constant drop out where I have no connection or I have such slow speeds I can't even load up twitter to complain. Fed up
