    @virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

    @virginmedia My landline has still not been fixed. I can't get hold of anyone to speak to. The number you gave me to text is just a bot, no human to speak to. Virgin Media, are obviously not interested in customer service. Only customers money 😪
