@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

@virginmedia Already done scan when I did scan all OK Its a intermittent fault on wireless side of router. Already have a pod upstairs No more spare plugs Get router problems sorted out Simples!! Or get a better one sent out or advise which one is a better router and supply it!

@virginmedia rather just have someone look into complaint and call me with a resolution. I’ve called countless times and either been told they have escalated the issue and to receive a response with … and not get called back or simply hung up on. I’ve done enough now. ***** in your court

@virginmedia I’m currently on the phone now. The agent refuses to pass the call to a manager and is currently keeping me on mute and not talking. My complaint is regarding poor fault handling when my service was installed. I was promised a call back over a week ago within 24hours

@virginmedia Also I just tried this number and it's the same service to check for issues, so does this automatically register as loss of service as nothing about that was mentioned while on the line.

@virginmedia #virginmedia why have contactable services that don’t place details on your account, I’m expected to contact the web chat team my self to prove i spoke to them 6 months ago, WTAF, apparently according to Finney in India, the customer service team DONT lie. Haha

I left @virginmedia because of the prices and now 5 months later still arguing over a bill because I was lied to about disconnection, now onto customer service and the advisor is again “passing the buck” I’m glad I left, they’re customer services are appalling #ofcom
