    @virginmedia been on hold to cs for 20+ minutes. No tv service. Intermittent service for the last 4/5 weeks. I just want to watch tv. I pay £100s /yr and yet not getting the service expected. I think I will have to contact Sky for a comparison sad after 15 years

    @virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM We are currently moving house and trying to cancel our account unfortunately the call agents think it's funny to keep a client on the phone for 3 hours even more so they are happy to direct us to a department that is closed which terminates a call.

    @virginmedia They can’t take the service with them because you don’t provide it at their new address. But you want to charge them GBP240 to disconnect and also charged me as well for a new account. How is that not you trying to make money off the very same service twice?

    @virginmedia No. They just know construction should happen and planned for June 14th initially, later to 18th and now to 24th. No guarantees. Every single day things are different. Especially in These times this is not the best experience. Horrible feeling and helplessness for being loyal.

    @virginmedia Well VM are wasting their money if they employ a social media team to ‘point people in the right direction’. They should have a hotline to people in the org who can help because usually by the time it’s on Social Media , the customer has tried everything and is ******* right off.
