    @virginmedia I’ve done that and it just tells me to factory reset the router but I’ve done that before and still the connection is shocking. I don’t want to continue paying stupid money every month for something that isn’t fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia I assume this is the Twitter equivalent of what you do on the phones. Pretend to be interested in resolving the complaint then place you on hold for 20 mins then cut the call. Thanks for your support Virgin media. Simply strengthens my case with Ombudsman.

    @virginmedia I’ve got through today and spoke to four people who passed me between each other and then on one pass the line went dead. I was promised a call back on Thursday by ‘Brian’ that never happened
