2/3 @virginmedia I have now requested to speak to a human on numerous occasions since Monday to no avail. I have no issue with waiting and being allocated a time to resolve this due to the current situation but the lack of care for customers of 20 years + sums up the robot era!

1/3 I’ve never come across such appalling ‘customer service’ & disregard for its customers than that of @virginmedia currently trying to help my 78 & 92 year old parents navigate a series of dead end automated lines rerouted to generic links that don’t cover the issue

@virginmedia why do you take so long to deal with complaints? Presumably that department is swamped due to your inadequate service. I raised a complaint, you lost it, I raised it again and 25 days later it is still showing 'One of our team is looking into your issue'

@virginmedia I am close to running out of my phone's data. I've just about used up a month's worth of GiffGaff, for essential communications, in the past 5 days while Virgin broadband has been down. I'm unable to connect to GiffGaff for a phone top up with a poor signal.

@virginmedia = worst broadband service out there. For short drop-outs almost every day, 12 hr+ drop-outs about 2 or 3 times a week and zero customer service - this is the provider for you. Current drop-out is 15 hrs and counting. Pro tip - don’t have a smart house with this crud.

@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking. Offering new customers a better deal than we have and then trying to charge me £29 per month more than that for less. How can you retain customers??? Then your staff are rude and talking over me. Then your staff hang up on me. Poor!

@virginmedia And in the 21st century, is Virgin Media not able to provide a temporary fix, such as a dongle or unlimited mobile phone data until the installation is finished? Seems a simple thing to do.

Since 10 days, Im trying to speak to #VirginMedia support on numerous occasions abt my contract which has already ended but live chat/phone provided is not responding professionally. It kept saying 'we are too busy than as usual' and then cut off. Could #JohnCMalone explain this?
