@virginmedia The issue is, you advertise benefits of an upgrade to next speed broadband, then when I requested it you (virginmedia) said "it doesn't apply if you're an Oomph customer, only standard package customers get a free broadband speed upgrade". Doesn't say that in your advert does it!

@virginmedia I’ve called and called and called I’ve spoken to numerous representatives. I have no email access for 3 days!!!! You have no customer service are arrogant and unhelpful… why is this acceptable business behaviour,
