@virginmedia your customer service is appalling, 4 times i have called as I am moving house to be put on hold for over an hour each time and not speak to anyone. Only to cut cut off every time. I now want to CANCEL my contract completely, as you service is absolutely useless

@virginmedia Your customer services is shocking, tried calling 3 times 60 minutes at a go and cut off everytime. Now ive had 2 seperate text conversions go so far then leave me hanging! Fuming is a understatement 😤
