@virginmedia my phone had no service at all yesterday and today it’s intermittent. I phoned on my house phone (which cost a fortune) they sai it would be fixed by 6 pm yesterday but it’s on the blink again!

@virginmedia Hi, i live at BH15 4QW. i called customer services today about my on going fault im having, intermitent outages, 650 of them in 2 day's, i am now being told this could go on till Feb 2. This cant be right. Struggling to work.

@PixelWarriorsA @Sparihaa @virginmedia I was with Virgin for a long *** time when I lived with my parents. Was never a good service. Then in my first home. Still not good. Since I moved from there and in two homes I've had TalkTalk and have friends with other providers who have less issues. Thankfully.

It really annoys me when you have to spend time on 4 phone calls of around 40 mins each and they still don't understand you want to terminate your contract. So i don't mind saying it how it is online. Shame on you #VirginMedia
