    @virginmedia Thank you. Note that the chat with NL was the culmination of six weeks of trying to contact Virgin Media by phone, text and email. Now been two months without this issue being resolved. I await an urgent update by email as promised.

    I’m so sick of wasting every waking moment of my time that I’m not at work, sitting on hold with @virginmedia how are you ever supposed to get anything else done, when ALL of your time is spent on hold, trying to fix a companies shitty admin for them! Absolutely ridiculous!

    @virginmedia What resolution, 'education given?' If I call it costs me, nearly £7 for one call on the last one. I got given a SIM I don't want or need, and someone has tried calling me on that.

    @virginmedia There in lies the problem. I’ve been on hold with that exact number for over an hour (I still am) and I have done this every day for the last 3 days in order to try and speak to somebody. ALL of my time before I go to work is spent on hold with you! Do you have a callback service

Never sorted anything, always charge full bills & only talk to you when you refuse to pay your bill but require full payment first before

    @Raw0909 @virginmedia They’re willing to talk about your problems, rather then there lack of payment. Even once you do pay, they put you on hold for another department that don’t answer.. Best off cancelling anything you have with them and going somewhere new mate

    @virginmedia it has been Nine months since COVID outbreak, lots of companies have managed to get their service back to the level it should be. with virgin media it is impossible to speak to anyone

    @virginmedia CUT OFF AFTER AN HOUR WAITING ON HOLD! 2nd TIME THIS WEEK, TOTAL OF 5 HOURS ON HOLD IN A WEEK! NOT GREAT SERVICE FOR A NEW CUSTOMER.

    @virginmedia I had a total loss of service for 9 days in November and was told I was only entitled to £9.50 credit on my account yet your website states £8 per day is this correct
