    @virginmedia Hub 3.0. Even within 3metres (with line of sight) speeds are poor. This is a recent problem (within last month) - haven’t had problems previously with signal.

    Bought an Amazon Fire Stick so we can access @disneyplus (@virginmedia doesn't have it as an app choice). Got D+ so I can force @SirParker77 to watch Hamilton & Star Wars. Never thought I would dig the IoT element, but it is groovy to press a button and ask Alexia to play tunes.

    @virginmedia and after a previous phone call a few weeks ago where your adviser said we could write a letter of complaint, we have still received no response in writing as requested and today been told it’s not your policy to reply? Terrible service!

    @virginmedia She has been left until Tuesday with her neighbours telephone line ( which has caused great upset, due to it being linked to alarm) tv still not working you would think they would check before leaving. Both cancer Sufferers and shielding.

    @virginmedia are getting worse, now trying to charge fines for not paying bills, when for 15 years we’ve used the same DD, the. When I finally get to speak to someone she spends all the time transferring me to “someone that can help”. I’ll be taking my services elsewhere. Soon.

    @virginmedia I haven’t lodged a formal complaint, but asked your call centre team to ask for the area manager to call me, but so far I’ve not heard anything! As you say, complaining isn’t going to speed things up, so I can’t see the point as the main issue is not being connected already

    Discovered last night that if you've recorded something on your tivo through @virginmedia and you no longer have access to the channel you recorded it from then you can't watch it any more and honestly that's pretty ****, isn't it?
