@virginmedia They said u can order it online or through the app. It doesn't work and I did inform your customer service to send one but same again told to order through the app. Cmon its been like 3 months since we upgraded our package to a faster broadband but still no Internet in my kitchen

@virginmedia I have also tried they were supposed to send me a link for an online chat never came and started over again. I keep seeing option 5 in the telephone menu being mentioned, there is no option 5 or am I missing something? Ty

@virginmedia My friend, I have no reason whatsoever not to be polite to you. ;-) At the end of the day, it's not your fault if this price hike has occurred. You are just doing your job so being nasty/rude to you would be just bloody ignorant. Therefore thanks for all your help and stay safe.

@virginmedia No we haven’t been contacted despite being cut off twice yesterday. Phoned twice prior to that in order to set up this new account that we had been talked into - for £100 a month and loyal customers we expect better service than this. Someone ought to call us back out of courtesy

@virginmedia Did a chat with the bot. It took my address to check for issues. It then replied that there was an error, and it would try and get someone to call me in the next 4 hours. Not very much use.
