@virginmedia I've checked, and you've not taken the payment despite having DD details when signing up. DD was showing in place with bank as well, and confirmed they did not cancel. Happy to pay outstanding payment, but not the fee, as it is not my fault you've not collected payment.

@virginmedia Flashing green lights. A neighbour has managed to access the service checker and it says 18.30 fix (which is no use if you’re WFH). Can you advise why the service checker never works for me? I’m with Sky for my mobile. Are they not compatible?!
