@virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

@virginmedia Yet again, I've been promised it is raised as a work order that will be resolved within 5 days. But with previous calls and how long it has been going on, I have no faith. My next call will be to cancel and get my money back that I've paid if its not resolved!

@virginmedia Called yesterday, new hub received today, still can’t get a connection and other people in the area (South Bath) are having similar issues. Getting beyond a joke, 2 unproductive work days so far this week for me and my son. I hope we are getting a refund.

@virginmedia virgin media business customer service beyond joke. Ordered broadband for 2 additional rental properties on the 27th of May, told 10 days for routers, 26 days later, no sign of routers and no updates from your account team despite chasing and putting in a complaint.
