@virginmedia So why haven't they helped so far? Absolutely NO confidence in your customer support at any level! I've spent over 6 hours trying to resolve problem of Virgin's making that should be sorted in a few minutes in a real conversation with a competent person! It's a letter to CEO now!

A combination of @OpenreachHelp‘s incompetence by cutting through the internet cable outside my house and @virginmedia no showing for an engineering visit to fix it has me having to run my business through my phone hotspot until Friday. That’s if they show up, of course.
