@virginmedia Hello #virginmedia again, I’m still waiting for someone to contact me about this ongoing issue. I had some kind of generated response which had no relevance to my complaint and when I replied it sent the same generated response. My contractors need paying for fault you caused.

@mlambourne @virginmedia and in case you were going to call about this: CS say Netflix will defintely bill VM despite the emails saying otherwise even if your Netflix account has defaulted to a back up paymernt method. i.e. customer service have no idea what's happening and are ignoring this issue

@virginmedia So your text staff are as useless as the rest after waiting all this time having to do security 3 times and go through my issues again they have told me to call. Can no one help? I'd like someone who deals with complaints to get in touch. I will likely be cancelling my contract.

My neighbour called Virgin they have no alarm due your your lack of service. What is the biggest challenge here CASE 10787757 to send an engineer

@virginmedia funny how the email i have dated the 27th June and the mistake happened just outside that time frame. No problem with the box. As I explained and told your relentless sales staff I don't watch television. I have no use for it.
