@virginmedia having specific broadband problems in Edinburgh EH3 area. Tests say intermittent issue then test says all ok. can you confirm there is an issue in this area which you are dealing with? also where is your messenger service? has this been withdrawn?

@virginmedia Thanks John, can I ask why the status page is incorrect for my area? It tells me there are no issues but when I spoke to someone on the phone they could tell me it was an issue and it should be fixed by 4PM.. is there somewhere I can see this to look out for updates?

@virginmedia I had an email about a price increase but I'm not happy with this so would like to cancel. I'm not sure what's happened to your messaging service, it seems to have got stuck! Is there any other way I can do this please? (not via the phone) Thanks.

@virginmedia Thanks. The status page was showing no probs with broadband, but after I tried to test my hub with the online checker, it said there was a problem, so I pressed the button to report it.

@virginmedia I have complained online with more information. The issue is intermittent wifi. I have had two visits, one replacing external cable up to the house, 2nd to replace router. The technician said he was going to recommend I am supplied with mesh wifi boosters. I have heard nothing.
