@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia, once again I’m having to contact u via Twitter. Can’t access my account, have NO tv service. When you guys decide to put your phones back on. Expect this customer to be cancelling my service and stop funding a service that’s faulty I expect my phone down next week
