  • tillibird Laura (@tillibird) reported

@virginmedia staying in a Premier Inn with supposedly great virgin wifi. Beg to differ! Paid for ultimate and 3 devices. Nope. 1 device barely working and other 2 refusing to even recognise wifi is an actual thing. Poor.

  • camilleESLU Cam (@camilleESLU) reported

@virginmedia worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I have spent the past 2h trying to cancel my broadband package and have been put on hold multiple times before being hang up on. When i finally reached someone who told me they deactivated my account but had to pay £133

  • mgb_dubai Michael Brown (@mgb_dubai) reported

@virginmedia yet another day without WiFi and am currently on hold on the phone again - more than 45 minutes now waiting for service. And my subscription has significantly increased. It the ongoing service is SO bad. And customers are ignored.

  • StandUPforGB Null-Bob (@StandUPforGB) reported

@virginmedia worst customer support in the world.

  • urbankaosgfx Urban Kaos (@urbankaosgfx) reported

@virginmedia No, the Internet on the router was ok but now its back to Internet(Partial Service (DS only)), only noticed as i've been trying to sort Plex out for remote access, never had any issues until Virgin keeps going off.

  • ClaireInCroydon Claire (@ClaireInCroydon) reported

@virginmedia are you having problems in Croydon? Our broadband has gone - have restarted the router twice but no joy. Service status apparently OK though 🙄

  • StandUPforGB Null-Bob (@StandUPforGB) reported

@virginmedia worst customer support in the world

  • Rinkku_ Rinkku (@Rinkku_) reported from Madeley, England

@virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

  • GavHeaton That Heaton Mess (@GavHeaton) reported

@virginmedia Thanks already tried, instead to sum it up, the automated service 'runs checks' can't find anything so says 'thanks for calling, goodbye'. One reason I was persuaded to stay was my WiFi would be sorted and I would get a free booster sent! That was almost a year ago! Still waiting!

@virginmedia Are you going to actually fix the outage in the WN5 area? It's been about 4 hours
