    @virginmedia had an absolutely waste of time phone call with Jay from your customer service today. Been with yourselves for 9 years and he was not prepared to assist me in the slightest to try and work out a better deal. Clearly customer loyalty means nothing to you.

    @riddmj @virginmedia I’ve also tried making a complaint online and it won’t send that either so you can’t do anything online or on the phone so if you cut people of what you going to do then just apologise. Because it’s not fair if you do actually do that.

    @virginmedia 18.40. I got a text saying service was fixed and if I was still having issues to switch it off for 30 minutes, I left it off for 45.

And I've just spent an utterly pointless half-hour on the phone with a person who basically didn't believe me and refused to accept that anything was wrong. Basically calling me a liar. **** them.
