@virginmedia For what was a waste of time. Raise another IT ticket and see what happens, once had to raise 3 it tickets before issue resolved. Not good service. The Virgin way?

@virginmedia It's a DNS issue. Travelodge manager has contacted virgin media and router has been reset and it's still down.

@virginmedia I am not the account holder I am a Travelodge guest using Travelodge WiFi so the service checker takes me to my login page. I don't know travelodge account details to check. I did use postcode and that said no issues.

@virginmedia Define ‘a service’ because what I’m experiencing is not that. 4/5 outages in the last 3 weeks! I WFH, my whole home security system is reliant on a stable internet connection. I never had these issues with BT.

@virginmedia Extremely slow speeds. Practically unusable. I’m having to turn my wifi off when I get home and use phone data as I can’t even do a simple google search using the broadband.

@virginmedia Hello. Can you please explain why for the last 2 weeks every day after 11am the wifi goes down. We call you you reset it. Its fine for 10min. And then again it keeps going down. We are a WFH household. We need a stable connection for a secure connection.
