    @virginmedia That may be the case however it should be solved at the customers earliest convenience, not the companies. The fact that people rely on your service to work from home, and rely on your service to watch events that they pay for, this is not acceptable. Especially for the price.

    @virginmedia @Banshees_Movie I moved to virgin media a few months back and have had constant issues with our TV. Told I’ll have to pay £25 for a technician to come out & told I’ll not get any refund for the weeks it’s been out of service as the internet was working even though TV was not. Shocking service.
