@virginmedia 15 years my household have been customers and it’s been 15 years of sub-par service. Recently had a new router fitted with promises that there would be no more issues. Well it’s just made it worse. If you pay for a service you expect it to work right?

@virginmedia Morning. It took a long time and the upcoming recordings were missing. It kept going on a loop to get those updated. Eventually after a long time the service came back.

@virginmedia it has been 24 hours without any service in LS18 area of Leeds and now your website won’t load the page for me to check any updates on service status. Beyond a joke.

@Thafnine @virginmedia Sorry to hear you're dealing with that Thaf, but that's virgin for ya. I had the exact same issue and was also hitting spikes of up-to 800~ ping (200 average) connecting to servers that were only like 70 miles away. We ended up switching to sky and haven't had problems since. GL.

@virginmedia Broadband service down since the 24th 10am. Issue at LS18 Confirmed by Virgin Care page. What is the issue+when will it be fixed? I am WFH and need the service.

@virginmedia Our Broadband and TV service has been down since yesterday morning. The last update was an estimate for 09:20 restoration today but no service or update? Do you know what’s happening LS18 area?

@virginmedia They've sent me out some boosters, at a cost to myself of £5!!! But they won't be here till Friday. Never had a problem at all till 2 weeks ago. Don't know why I suddenly need to buy boosters
