Walking home saw a Virgin Media contractors truck turning off the main road, there's a thousand places it could be going, but let's guess. YES!! Outside our house when I get back. It's like flies to a cow pat. They never leave us alone😡

OK I haven’t tweeted in months but I’ve now been trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband since Friday. First via WhatsApp, then I gave up and phoned but I’m getting the runaround. Please let me cancel your overpriced service and hopefully never do business with you again 😡

So, having just moved house to Cumbria, i contact #virginmedia to transfer my broadband, which they said a few weeks ago "would not be a problem" Now they tell me they dont operate around my new address, and are now trying to charge me £250 for breaking my contract. Any advice ??

@virginmedia Already done. Annoyed that we were assured that we could transfer our service to our new house, despite me querying this with the operator at the time. A note to this effect is also on our call log. Surely it is you who is now breaking the contract, not me.

@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

@virginmedia I called yesterday - after 2 calls totalling about 80 minutes the customer service person said she couldn’t process the termination due to a technical error and would call me back in half an hour. I haven’t heard anything since then.

Virgin Media's contractors back again, digging up the road for about the 10th time. Every time they go, we just KNOW they'll be back - might be next week, might be 2 months, but they will be back. They never leave us alone 🤬🤬🤬

Dreadful sales call from @virginmedia. I need broadband, Sky & BT sports. Best deal requires having a load of unwanted extras apparently. No attempt to qualify my needs just clearly underpaid & commission desperate sales staff relying on a very bad script. #badservice #badselling

@virginmedia your internet service is extremely poor and then I’m told you guys don’t guarantee WiFi & try to upsell me a product that also doesn’t guarantee a stable connection. Customer service is abysmal & your offshore call centre is far from helpful. Absolutely fuming 😡

@virginmedia Not unhappy with current offers. It's just that as an existing customer of 17+ years they're not available to me. When I look on My @Virginmedia page to see what I can get, it just says call. But one can spend hours on multiple calls that get cut off after holding for an hour.

Trying to get a refund for my recently widowed 87yr old mother in law from @virginmedia which really shouldn’t even be an issue. 1hr 30mins on the phone, 4 different customer advisors and no further. Embarrassing and a little degrading @BAFTA

.@virginmedia, true fibre broadband, 1GB, coming to my property, but yet, no news from @OpenreachHelp regarding #FTTP. In conclusion, Virgin has the money to install FTTP, OpenR doesn't. I suspect it will install eventually, but being a customer, disappointed it is not sooner :(
