    @virginmedia intermittent WiFi in Ashton under lyne all week, what is going on. You did works in the area last month and service has been worse than ever. Paying for the top broadband yet the service is appalling.

    @virginmedia I was using NowTv so thats why the connection cut. I stream TV more than anything which is why I'm having so many issues as your broadband is so unreliable

    @virginmedia Sorry. I don’t like to share private details on SM. There must be a mechanism to actually speak to somebody without getting diverted to a website which tells me to do things I’ve already tried repeatedly (reboot/ send signal to router).

    @atkinleeds @virginmedia @virginhelp I had a letter to say I logged a complaint...dont remember that... that now paying jumped up £9.37 when letter says 3.50, now she's telling me made a mistake and they've credit £11.. the same discount that I have until May. So only costs 36. Now I can renew for 47 a month lol.
