@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@virginmedia Poor service, wifi constantly cutting out from all devices but yet you say there’s not issue. Would love to cancel out contract but stuck in it until January. I can guarantee you now I will not be renewing

@virginmedia why is your customer service so terrible? Had to contact you numerous times, each time promised that a billing issue will resolved and each time it does not happen. Refuse to refund incorrect funds taken from me and only apply credits to next bill which never works

@virginmedia Just logged in to your website (as I was arsed about into resetting my password) and guess what - none of the plans listed in the letter are present on line. If you want me to cancel my plan, just say. Gaslighting customers is not a good look.
