@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

@virginmedia what a truly awful service. 3hours to try and sort a confirm username error,..from you! 7 days I’ve waited for you to sort the email out. Numerous calls...and still no one actually listens or cares. I think I’ve explained it to most of your call centre still no help

@InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

@virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

@virginmedia It is very inconvenient to say the least and to know that the box was worked on last week that caused this or it is suspected . I'm glad whoever got their service back on is enjoying their package. We will look elsewhere for a better service than we have had with virgin.

@virginmedia Why on earth do you make it so difficult to cancel when people are moving house? I’ve been trying for weeks as you don’t provide services at my new address and it’s so difficult I’m still being charged for services at my old address (that I moved of 3 weeks ago!!)
