    @SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

    @virginmedia Been fed a load of rubish and given a date of the 30th Nov. That means 6 months of a reduced service. I am disgusted Lies and failures from the first engineer. Failed to book the team for the pull through from the second engineer

    @virginmedia It hasn't dropped out in the 5 mins I've been on & it's not at slugs pace at the mo, but in general the signal is so daily unstable, I can very rarely watch a work video or listen to music without it crashing these days, so overall poor🤓

    @virginmedia hi was told there is a fault in my area last week. Have had terrible broadband access since then. Please can you confirm the status of the fault? I'm not able to get through to anyone on the phone + issue is not showing up on your website
