@virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

@virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

@syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

@virginmedia yeah multiple times, It is not a problem with the WiFi this time, I have tried both WiFi and LAN Cable and both have the same result. I cannot connect to any game lobbies and I have around 90% packet loss. However my ping is fine.

@virginmedia it says there is nothing wrong however half of the town is currently complaining via social media with the same issue. this is not a one off for this area this is a weekly occurence and i will be looking elsewhere for a provider once i have internet to actually look for one.

@virginmedia I am not going to be claiming for lack of earnings. I am going to claim for the lack of service and failure to communicate. If you had communicated with customers thus allowing them to make alternative arrangements then all of this was totally unavoidable! Total disregard shown!

@virginmedia That's a shame I've been in touch with customer service, live chat and now Twitter. Looks like there is a real disconnect and no one know what is going on in virgin media. I don't have a tracking number but have an order number? And a complaint ref?
