    @virginmedia This is just one of a list of around a dozen bugs that are really irritating and ruin the user experience. Menus, for instance, are totally inconsistent. Some lack essential 'cancel' option, some behave entirely differently depending on which mode you're in (for no good reason).

    @virginmedia Brand new.... can you help me to get a call back? I don't think I have the energy to start again? I have 3 phones with you that are up for renewal & was looking to get a 4th.... at this rate I'm considering looking elsewhere but don't want to end up with 2 phones being delivered!

    @virginmedia I don’t want to raise a complaint, I want someone to take responsibility and fix the issue. Is that so hard ?? Just had the wrong crew visit again today, poor guy was massively apologetic but said all he is allowed to do is email the manager and prob won’t get a reply..

    @virginmedia No one can offer 100% fault free service. But yours is appalling. We are repeatedly told you’re making “improvements” to our service so outages won’t happen as often - but NOTHING changes. It makes working from home difficult & frustrating. What are we paying for? Not this!

    @virginmedia Finally the WiFi pods have been delivered. 5 days late. Yodel lost the previous parcel. Thanks to your customer service advisor, Japhette for finding out what the problem was and for immediately placing a new order. But, overall very poor service from @virginmedia & @YodelOnline

    @virginmedia And, I should add, Sky's box suffers from none of these problems. It's slick and intuitive. How can you have got this so wrong?
