@virginmedia I’ve had a text to say our issue will be resolved by 1/12 but this seems to be a continuous issue and I have a child trying to do schoolwork from home due to Covid so it’s vital our BB is working and for our heating too which works via wifi.

@virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

@virginmedia I’ve called 789 a few times and was told it’s an area fault with TV and broadband, and each time I registered that I was affected. Back online now but my problem is that I’m paying ever- increasing fees for a poor service.

@virginmedia No internet for days. Several phone calls - each time told something different. Eventually an engineer comes. Had a pod fitted. This morning one TiVo box not working. Engineer said we need 2 more pods. Husband on phone trying to order as we speak - he’s getting nowhere fast!
