@libertyglobal sort your uk based @virginmedia out. The customer service is a complete and utter joke they don't listen they don't sort anything out. But still want payments. Just check the twitter and Facebook reviews on @virginmedia and see for yourself

@virginmedia @libertyglobal This has to be the number 1 worst Internet and TV provider I have ever dealt with. Disgusting customer service they fix nothing do nothing yet they still want paid. Now the have this 28 day wait to sort out a complaint.

@virginmedia I’ve followed the text service option. I’m now in another ‘estimated 4 hour queue’. I joined one of these this morning, waited for 5 hours and then got cut off. I’m on the phone again and waiting for the text reply. Very painful and disappointing experience @richardbranson

@virginmedia I have spent over 1 hour online chatting to one of your customer service team and they are basically refusing to do me a better broadband deal ! I’ve paid for over 4 years with no new offers & they are trying to make me pay more because I’m an existing customer ffs !

@revpeterlaws @virginmedia We had someone turn up one Monday claiming to be here to read the church gas meter. Had the van and the uniform copied perfectly. I pointed them towards the crypt. Pity about those loose stones on the steps. The groaning ended after three days so didn't disrupt divine service.

@virginmedia getting extremely angry. Pay for fast internet yet it always cuts out, goes slow, isn't compatible with my iPad. How are we meant to work from home with this ****?? My mother in law had to go to the bank and use their Wi-Fi as it wouldn't work in her house. Very poor
