    @virginmedia Sorry this number does not work. Automated reply informing me to upgrade or change package. Also states that the number given does not not solve any technical issues.!?! IVE TRIED AND TRIED with Virgin, I GIVE UP. CANCELLING DIRECT DEBIT

    @kthompsett @Ofcom @virginmedia Yes. Email customer service informing them as of X date you’ll be cancelling your direct debit due to repeated failed attempts to cancel your contract. That should cover you with the credit agencies and ofcom.

    @virginmedia Yes. I have phoned 3 times. Promised a call back (2 wks since) & twice I was hung up on that’s after waiting an hour to get through. Also tried texting spent 4 days on texts to 2 different people to be told “they couldn’t help because don’t deal with complaints”!!!

    @virginmedia I do have another issue. I’m waiting for a bee TV box. Was meant to be delivered Saturday by those jokers Yodel but typically in the vein of untrustworthy Yodel I was told at 5.20 deliver failed. I was home all day so a total lie. No attempt was made at all. Can’t contact Yodel

    @virginmedia your chat is down, your website is an infinite loop of doom & your helpline is the surest way of losing a day. What are your customers meant to do when you send incorrect & unhelpful correspondence, if they can’t contact you? Vote with their feet and leave, I guess
