@virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia No it was never attempted, it never left the depot. The call was only intended to verify my identity but they immediately withdrew the delivery and the tracking changed from “at the depot” to “returning to sender”

@virginmedia I don't have a way of doing this sadly but I know it's not a WiFi issue as all the same hardware and the speed is normally fine on this but too much rain or it's hot out makes for poor service and that makes no sense lol.
