@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia 2. Consultant has offered me 125mbps for 44 pound (18month contract). I am customer for over 8 years, it just amazed me HOW IT IS POSSIBLE, that @virginmedia offered this to an 8 year customer, while having on website SAME DEAL for 26.5 a month.

@virginmedia No issues in my area when phoning the number either. It's been 22 hours technically but what worries me is that the fault doesn't show anywhere? Postcode is E17

5. What I would suggest to @virginmedia customers: Once your contract is finished, just end it. There is no point to be with them, since they don't respect your money. But if no other choice: end it. Ask for a service as new customer.

@virginmedia No broadband since 2pm yesterday. The live tracker shows no outage but the 0800 561 0061 days there is an outage in my area (Wn72jj). When’s the ETA? Because i phoned up the guy said an engineer is not available to 14th, will I be entitled 5 days compensation then?

1 My @virginmedia broadband contract has finished. So it has been changed to 30day rolling contract. Massive price increase (from about 35 to about 55 quid), as always. Called @virginmedia support to sort it out, to get me on new contract.
