@MickHarkin8 @0xTim @virginmedia They don’t just extend it, you have to order new one before old one ends to avoid being without internet. That problem has not been fixed yet. You’d think they would have good customer experience when it comes to it

@virginmedia you were meant to install cabling to my house before installation today. Apparently your workers couldn’t be bothered so no installation and no internet for me today. How do I get compensation for the days of no service while you sort yourselves out??

@virginmedia All I want to do is keep her on the existing service. She needs her phone line to work during power cuts as her emergency alarm is linked through the phone line.

@virginmedia Either you sort this last complaint out by Friday (13 Jan) or I WILL complain to Ofcom and instruct legal proceedings against you.

@virginmedia I have spoken to the team many times I have around 30 emails proving the issue and so do most of my neighbours we have all been told the same via email saying we don't qualify and we cannot take it any further

@virginmedia It was intermittent yesterday, and now on going slowness today. Why are there always issues with your ability to provide stable broadband? I've never had to complain about a broadband provider so frequently and wasted so much of my life to do so

@virginmedia I do. I have been a VM Broadband customer for many years and I've never encountered anything like this before. It comes to something when Googling the number brings up countless results of people asking whether the number is genuine or a scam, based on their behaviour

@virginmedia Sorry, can someone contact me to help with some support?

@virginmedia There are intermittent faults, your company wouldn't admit that yesterday and your customer service team still won't admit there's a problem. Just like last time when I had 4 months of frequent outages
