    Wondering if @virginmedia will ever deal with my complaint, try to call and end up in an automated loop, emails unanswered, live chat can’t help. Two weeks until I can go to the ombudsman.... does anyone wanna help before then?

    @virginmedia Got the t-shirt, when I last went through it the resolution was for me to leave and not pay my last bill and see you court which was really helpful

    @virginmedia As I have already said above - no I haven’t. My number was once used to contact you by a customer and I have since repeatedly asked not to be contacted but it keeps happening. I have been repeatedly called before 8am in morning and every time I have told you I am not the customer

    @DanielleNGregor @virginmedia I have the exact same problem. 100 mbps but me at home with just my work laptop and my google nest but was told I need to buy more bandwidth. How about no. Just keep being fobbed off too. Once 8 weeks is up I’m going straight to the ombudsman

    @virginmedia No sorry that’s not the issue the issue is getting a engineer here too install my new hub4 out of all your trained staff that can seem to understand this Richard Branson would be sat on Pluto the time my install is done , come on please

    @virginmedia The complaint has been handled now, or as handled as it could be, despite your staff member being incredibly rude to the point I’m tempted to report. Are all calls recorded?

    What a surprise, 7pm, and the internet has gone back down to ~2mbps upload speed. And no updates from @virginmedia by text despite signing up for them. So, now they're sending an engineer on Wednesday morning (when the internet will be fine)... Let's see what they can do.

    @virginmedia All I need is my new hub 4 connected at my new address all the other work is done the installation is completed but the Vm team are still saying that there is issues on the street but that’s all completed all need is a single engineer to come and connect easy
