@virginmedia It had been linked to my account for 15 years, so this shouldn't have happened. Due to life being too short to spend trying to get anyone with any common sense at Virgin Media to resolve the other issues (40 hours in the last 2 weeks and counting) 1/2

@virginmedia Yes. Activated without equipment, thus resulting in no TV service...appalling as it happened last night. I'm in a chat now trying to sort it out. I can not get a straight answer, being told different things each time.

@virginmedia your 5 pound/day "business" service at Premier Inn Dartford DA1 5FX is unusuable slow - now below 0.5Mb/s - hotline is friendly but useless. I had faster internet in 2002 for heaven´s sake

@virginmedia I have explained the issue to your staff. There is nothing you can do unless you can get a new hub brought to my home now. I've been repeatedly lied to. Not a way to run a business. I don't need a response
