@virginmedia That doesn't help. They take me through a few modem tests and tell me there's nothing they can do, that the lines can't handle both speed and stability. Apparently my area supports neither. This needs to be escalated. I'm paying for 50 Mbps and getting less than 5. Do better.

@virginmedia Hi, yes its first place I checked. Had problems for a good few weeks now with downtime between 7-11 each night and now drop outs of broadband - loss of service when being paid for isn't great.

@virginmedia For once this is actually up to date instead of 20-30 minutes of it saying “no issue”. Based on feedback from neighbours and others in the area this is not an isolated incident or just affecting us. Currently facing 2-3 outages a day at present of anything up to a few hours...
