@virginmedia We have had nothing but problems with Virgin and their customer service is appalling. I’m disappointed with such poor service and feel aggrieved that we have to stay with them until the end of our contract! 😡

@virginmedia Terrible CM service on phone. Ive no internet and the lady wasn’t able to assist and disconnected my call when I requested cancelling my contract. SHOCKING so called service.

@virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

@virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

@virginmedia Sadly your colleague did not get back by the end of the day. Scammers still have control of the account though I can't see any evidence that they are doing anything. I called 150 again and someone said that they will get back to me. It's quite worryingly bad service.

@virginmedia As you should know, you can't use a third party router on virgin, you have to use your hub because the routers MAC address won't be in your system so the service wouldn't work.

@virginmedia They cannot switchover due to having an old hub. We have spoken over phone, live chat and WhatsApp to Virgin. They were promised new hub to be delivered and it never arrived. I’m concerned they have no working phone and are paying for a service they do not have. Please help

@virginmedia I should bill you for loss of earnings. The priority boosters we’ve asked for still haven’t arrived, so I can’t access the wi-fi in my office. Your old service worked well - why, when I upgrade and choose to remain, do I get a worse wi-fi signal and even worse customer service?
