    @virginmedia Please don’t patronise me.. I spoke to the team on the virgin number. Explained I have a disability.. and they cut me off. Engineer is booked. My wait is almost a week. No help.

    @virginmedia I have been trying for the last two days to notify you that I am moving house. I have tried your chat function (awful), and just spent 52 minutes waiting on hold on the phone, and have just been cut off. I don't know how any legitimate company can operate like this.
