    @virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

    @virginmedia I have…..went down at 9:26 this morning & latest estimate for fix is 15:30 tomorrow. Really not good enough, will give @skytv the business.

    @virginmedia Very poor service. Tried to cancel within cooling off period. Told that it will be cancelled but instead I was put on a new, more expensive, tariff without my knowledge. This is fraud and I need to speak to someone in the U.K. about this asap.

    @markeganvideo @virginmedia Yes had terrible trouble cancelling and once I had they kept calling to tell me not to cancel and offering me better deals to which I kept telling them was the wrong time once the ship had sailed. Prepare to be inundated with calls.

    @virginmedia hi virgin media I’ve spent all day trying to cancel my land line and can only describe the experience so far as awful! I’ve been sent in circles trying to get the situation rectified and I’m still on the phone five hours from my initial contact. Do better
