    @virginmedia 1 hour and 42 minutes queueing for a help desk operator to take a call from an 87 year old “shielding” old lady who can’t set up her self install box. Absolutely shoddy customer service. You should be ashamed.

    @adelarks @virginmedia Best way to cancel is send a letter to their complaints dept, Sunderland,send it recorded delivery, and then cancel direct debit in 30 days time. You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

    @virginmedia Moreover, after waiting more than 5 hours to try to resolve the situation with your customer team who kept putting me through to advisor after advisor who would hang up and not bother calling back. I have cancelled my account with you.

    @virginmedia what the hell is going on with my service this week? Never know such an appalling signal or lack of on my phone the last four days. CV21 area. Suggest you get in touch pronto. I don’t pay money for no service.

    @virginmedia My 100mbps fibre broadband speed fluctuates between 100mbps to sometimes 20mbps and sometimes as low as 1mbps randomly, sometimes for hours at a time. Been this way for months. Even my Virgin Mobile 4G device has these kinds of problems. Why such bad service?

    @virginmedia I appreciate that, but in the same email you raise my price and state that I can get a better deal elsewhere. Why not just lay the cards of the deals on the table? I tried calling today and couldn’t get through..... not the best customer experience.

    @virginmedia I’m using the hub in modem mode. From the logs (which only go back to 9.12am) there are several critical errors coinciding with each outage. It’s looking like the modem isn’t getting a response from VM at that time.

    @virginmedia Your broadband service hasn’t managed to stay up continuously for a full 7 days yet in 2021. Minimum once per week, for anything from 5 mins to 4 hours, there is an outage. Any plans to fix this? It’s just that I’d really like to receive the service I pay for.
