    @virginmedia broadband totally down here in Blackrock Cork. Can't get any telly or internet at all and it's saying it won't be back until 2:30pm today!!!! No good enough.

    @virginmedia Yes I have, the outage has just flashed on that page with an issue,like I said I have had no internet at all for 11 days,not sure you understand what that feels like, I have called numerous times on that number, please refer to Cust acc num-89353502 Complaint refe: C-1412221391

    @virginmedia Since last Friday, the connection has been awful. Somehow worse and worse since. Why not communicate upfront with consumers in the affected areas? Why pretend there's no issues for days on your site? I want a fair compensation for your terrible service. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia 4th Nov was last payment. They advised there would be a payment of approximately £1.50 to make for one day service.

    @virginmedia You mean a time when they will think about bothering to check to see what the issues are? I'll predict that once it hits lunchtime the fix time will magically change again

    @virginmedia i have tried to speak to o2 - as yet no response. But it was a Virgin media issue that caused me to call & it was VM that left me hanging on the line and being passed from 1 person to another. VM can compensate me to make up for the costs I have incurred. o2 were not at fault,
