@virginmedia Not really no. Granted I know there are areas of poor/no signal on this route but it shouldn't be this bad. I seem to only get 4G in major cities/towns, anywhere else all I get is H+. Using a Huawei Mate20 Pro and has no issues with EE.

@virginmedia There's nothing wrong on my end. I've definitely noticed since switching to Virgin Mobile I've had much less 4G signal than when I was on EE. If I wasn't tied in with my Broadband contract I'd have switched back by now.

@clairestefanie @virginmedia It’s a constant battle with them. It’ll probably work out more beneficial to find another provider even if we have to pay cancellation fees. It’s better than paying for a service we don’t receive! It’s disgraceful and has always been the same way.

@virginmedia Thanks for your response. I text the number but the auto-reply I received said: “this team cannot help diagnose or fix faults on any of your services. This includes issues with wifi.” What should I do next?

@virginmedia contract is due to finish but because I am not a new customer you cannot reward my loyalty (over 10 years as a customer) happy to upgrade slightly but you cannot do any kind of deal? Really @richardbranson ? Is customer retention not important? #disappointed
