@virginmedia 56 days with no broadband and no help or communication. Well done @virginmedia you've really confirmed your status as the worst customer service possible.

@virginmedia Got a text saying you've been trying to get in touch with me. You haven't. Asked to call 150 where I would be prioritised to your specialist resolve team. I wasn't. Apparently, my tweets are damaging your brand. Not your lies or my service being down for 2 months.

@virginmedia No. I have had no information at all. Hours of 'customer service' interaction resulted in being told it has been delayed again. I shouldn't have to do this. YOU should be keeping me informed. Three months with no broadband is not good enough.

@virginmedia What? Feel free to provide me with the service I'm paying for and compensate me for the hours it's taken to get the minimum of information from you. But I don't suppose that will happen. Just like the reconnection of my services.

@virginmedia @davy_gallagher Are these people for real David “Please keep US!!! up-to date” 😡 Can we bring back That’s Life! In the words of Esther Rantzen “If you know of any companies with a worst customer service than VM please get in touch? I’d be gobsmacked if there are? #beyondajoke

@virginmedia I've wasted hours of my life being hoodwinked by your 'customer service'. So I'm just going to keep pestering on twitter. It might be a grim warning so others don't have to go through it. I want someone to contact me and to resolve this issue. It's not that difficult.

@Hash1981 @virginmedia @Ofcom You too? It's been going on since 26 June for me. Absolutely appalling. I wouldn't even call it customer service. I've wasted hours of my life.

@virginmedia I didn't have a webchat. There hasn't been a resolution. 58 days with no broadband, no help, no explanation. Slow handclap to you. These tweets aren't damaging your brand. Your 'customer service' is.

@virginmedia I have a full time job. I don't have time for any more of your lies. I don't want to discuss it. I am beyond that. I just want it fixed. All I can do is continue to expose your incompetence on twitter until you resolve the problem.

@virginmedia Absolutely nothing was resolved. An email was sent to some tech guys saying I was damaging the brand by tweeting about it. If you're worried about brand damage, wouldn't it be better to fix my broadband after 58 days of no service?

@virginmedia I'll know soon enough as I have had to pay an extra £10 a month so someone can out straight away to fix the problem caused by virgin media... I have to pay extra to get something fixed that was damaged by your engineers or wait 4 days. Please make that make sense
