@MickHarkin8 @0xTim @virginmedia They don’t just extend it, you have to order new one before old one ends to avoid being without internet. That problem has not been fixed yet. You’d think they would have good customer experience when it comes to it

@virginmedia This is not what i asked, i believe your responses on behalf of @virginmedia make very clear where you stand on customer service. We will be swapping internet provider at the soonest possible chance and i would recommend against virgin to anyone who reads this.

hey @virginmedia - im trying to help my next door neighbour who has mental difficulties. His phoneline has gone down, he has no mobile phone to call you or computer to use. I said I would try and contact someone to help. Can you help out please?

@virginmedia So its fine that i have to wait two weeks now? You as @virginmedia think its all good to not show up, not make a quicker booking and still charge the full fee? It does show how bad the customer service is for anyone considereing signing up with virgin.

@virginmedia No lights just the white light that’s always on .. but since you emailed saying reboot the hub because you’ve increase it form M100 to M125 it’s been crap. Netflix/Twitch don’t stream hd really bad quality. Apps on my phone open slow have to turn wifi off go on to my 4G/5G
