@virginmedia I’ve been ignored since June having terribly service only a last week was a technician ordered and it’s taking a week. I was falsely brought into another contract and internet got worse. Management said they will listen to the call and have not!

@virginmedia Yeah it’s says there’s a problem but does not specify what it is and keeps getting extended by 4-5 hours when the time stated is reached. My wife works from home and is being seriously disrupted by this. I would appreciate at least a reason for why it’s down.

@virginmedia won't let me cancel my account because I don't want to give out my new address, which you claim is needed to send a return box out 10 days after I cancel. Why? Why drag a no-longer-working plastic box to the new address? Just send the box now? Why ask this?

@virginmedia I cannot believe how awful your service is. I went from having a tripping hazard cable and a connection that went up and down every hour for 20 days, to having no internet at all after your engineer left and having to wait again.

@virginmedia They have redone my O2 contract and sent it through on email. I do not want that. How do I cancel it? I can't spend another hour on hold.
