@virginmedia This is one of the reasons I'm cancelling at the end of the month. Tv is down so go on their dedicated outage page for info and thats down. You couldn't make it up. Worlds shittest company.

@virginmedia Funny how there is an outage and when you try to login to report a problem, meaning the customer will be entitled to a refund, the website if down for "essential changes". Have you tried turning it off and on again?

@virginmedia Any update @virginmedia ? Other than "we are working hard to fix it" surely a power outage would've affected everyone equally? This is obviously not the case!!! Can't access the website, app won't load and the telephone line is busy 😑 paying nearly £150 a month for this....
