@virginmedia @virginhelp The broadband has been terrible for the last 3 weeks, it comes on for five minutes then off again, when we follow the instructions to reboot, it still doesn’t come on and tells us there is a problem in the area and it should be fixed soon, terrible service

@virginmedia my elderly vulnerable parent’s broadband is not working since last Thursday. She’s been told to book a technician. Your call handler only offered her next Thurs. She told them she’s not at home. Call h said she will have to keep the appt or pay £25. Bully tactics VM

@virginmedia I waiting for 12 hours in an empty house for my WiFi to be set up yesterday and no one turned up despite being promised at 5pm someone would arrive before 7. No one has since contacted me. Absolutely appalling service.
